The ERA® is an advanced assessment tool for job seekers and more importantly counsellors who wish to delve deeper in to the various aspects of a persons job search. This is by no means a clinical assessment tool, however it does identify many of the barriers or issues within a job search.

This project will eventually be released as GPL (General Public License) code, so that many others can improve and help create better and better tools for job seekers. If you are a counsellor or programmer and wish to give feedback or suggestions to improve this test (i.e. modify questions, add features, etc.) please don't hesitate to contact me at support@pepjob.com - I am always open to new ideas and to perfecting the tool. METHOD OF ASSESSMENT:

You answer a question simply by MOVING THE MOUSE "OVER" the or images. DO NOT CLICK YOUR MOUSE BUTTON, and DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CURSOR ON TOP OF AN IMAGE. If you leave you cursor on top of an image it will automatically move to the next question and submit an answer. So be careful!
